Do you only work on collision repairs?
While collision repair is our specialty, we also offer detailing services and cosmetic repairs like paint touch-ups, panel refinishing, and bumper restoration.
Can I choose Modern Auto Body even if my insurance company suggests a different shop?
Yes! You have the legal right to choose your repair shop. We work with all insurance companies and will communicate directly with them to make your claim process easier.
Do I have to use the auto body shop recommended by my insurance company?
No. By law, you have the right to choose your own collision repair shop. Modern Auto Body works with all major insurance companies, and we’ll handle the paperwork and communication on your behalf.
Do you offer towing services?
We don’t operate our own tow trucks, but we work with trusted local partners to arrange towing for your vehicle if it’s not drivable.
Will you help me get a rental car?
Absolutely. We’ll help coordinate a rental car through your insurance or recommend local providers, so you’re not stuck without transportation.
How long will my repair take?
Every repair is different. After your estimate, we’ll provide a timeline based on the extent of the damage, parts availability, and your insurance process. We keep you updated every step of the way.
Are your technicians certified?
Yes, our shop is I-CAR Gold Class Certified, and our technicians are Platinum-level trained and ASE Certified, meaning they meet the highest standards in the industry.
Do you offer any kind of warranty?
We offer a Lifetime Repair Warranty on all workmanship and paint-related services for as long as you own your vehicle.
